They are designed with sliding pocket doors on either side to convey the feeling of being close to nature. The covered veranda overlooking the par 3 course and 19th hole is a perfect spot for quiet relaxation and admiring the scenic westerly views. Leaseback 6 years A discounted price to remove risk (for you) during the launch phase: you’ll have limited use of the villa each year and we’ll use it when you are not in residence. |
Phase 2
Rental Program The six year leaseback complete, you can sign up for our rental program - with an optional, and renewable, 5-year term. Usage is the same as before, but now you will earn rental revenue. |
